LOCKDOWN
March 2020 – March 2022
I never anticipated that the borders between myself and my family would close.
This represents the amount of time that passed as we anticipated our release and a grip on what was happening. The seasons changed.
I had not before seen it so busy in the forest-rich ridge where we live, people were walking, running and cycling, people returned to the nature that they had often so long neglected.
Time felt as if it slowed down. I felt the seasons keenly but it was a peaceful passing.
I also often turn to nature in times of need, I find it energetically recharging. Nature is persistent to exist and thrive, this is present in our veins, as in all of nature’s forces.
